(2) The pre-stretch type stretch wrapper machine uses a pre-stretch film frame mechanism to stretch the stretch film according to a pre-set “stretching ratio” and then wrap it on the pallet goods.

The top-presser (pressurized top type) stretch film wrap machine is a wrap machine that uses programmable control and inverter control, and the photoelectric system automatically determines the height; the pressurization device of the top-presser automatic wrapper can effectively package light goods that are easy to scatter.

The stretch film packing machine is equipped with an electric top plate. The top press can keep the load stable when the pallet is wrapped by applying pressure to the top of unstable or lightweight goods, so that the machine can pack more tightly and keep it safer during transportation, thereby reducing transportation damage in the supply chain.

This stretch film wrapper adopts PLC control, built-in sensors, and simple operation.

The automatic wrapping method is that the stretch film is in the initial state, put on the goods, wear the film, select the number of up and down circles, the number of up and down times, and the time of crossing the top. After pressing the automatic start button, the whole process is automatically completed.

The stretching speed of the top-presser turntable wrapping machine is variable from 0 to 10rpm, which is suitable for the optimal packaging speed of various products.

Pre stretch is to stretch the pallet film and then roll it on the product, while anti-stretch (or called drag resistant, or drag resistant) is to wrap the stretch film around the product by resistance.
